Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Digit Infracom. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

A wrong product has been dispatched
If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be able to send back the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available with him/her.

You can reach us at digitinfracomin@gmail.com to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.

Returns

You have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Packaging: Securely package the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected to avoid damage during transit.

  2. Shipping: Ship the item to the following address: Digit Infracom, 212, 2nd Floor, Ganga Lane, Vaishali, Sector 5, Ghaziabad 201010, India.

  3. Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by you unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

Please note the following:

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, it may take some additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • In the case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, we will process the refund through bank transfer or another mutually agreed-upon method. Please provide us with the necessary details for the refund.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Products without their original packaging or missing parts.
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day return period.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
